• The leadership program is based on information on the team’s prior group dynamics and the learning outcomes the leader of the group has set forth.
• Shortly after the trip is booked, school leaders will have a phone/video meeting with the Leadership Program director. To go over the goals and needs of the group. This information will be key in designing the program for your school.
• Every group that comes through our gate will have a unique and customized experience focused on the student’s social and emotional growth. There will always be a similar progression of events with each group. We build skills on top of one another in a progressive way that will foster safety, and growth and optimize the learning experience for your group.
• Leadership schools still need to fill out the forms on the forms section of the website.
